Hostel Details

Discover Vienna – a trendy city popular with all ages! Cool venues, arts and culture galore, hip grooves, fashionable bars and hostellers! Hütteldorf youth hostel in Wien-Hietzing is surrounded by a 7 acre park and has excellent transport links. By underground the city centre with its trendy clubs, the cathedral and Schönbrunn castle is just a few minutes away. We have a capacity of 296 beds and facilities include our own food court with Viennese and international dishes, Internet bar and pool table – accommodation and entertainment on a budget!
 
Hütteldorf hostel is situated in Vienna’s west surrounded by a vast park. It’s ideal if you want to combine a peaceful environment with all the advantages of the big city. The hostel is easily accessible by public transport, either underground or train. The closest station, Hütteldorf, is just a 5 min. walk away. Underground U4 takes you to the city centre with its charming ambience in no time!

Accommodation is in dorms with 4, 6 or 7 bunk beds (mixed or single-sex depending on your preference) or single, twin and 3-bedded rooms (restricted availability).

Our facilities include lounge with satellite TV, pool table, table football, free Internet, free WiFi, teachers’ lounge with terrace, large garden where you can sunbathe or just relax, table tennis (free), Nordic walking sticks (free), mountain bike rental and tourist information at reception, city maps (free), secure lockers in every room (please bring your own padlock), luggage storage on arrival and departure day (free), parking (free)… Breakfast and sheets included.

NEW: We’re proud to be one of the first hostels in Vienna awarded an eco label. Conservation of the environment and sustainability are very important to us!

Please note: rooms are closed for cleaning 09.30-15.00 hrs. If you arrive before 15.00 hrs we provide free luggage storage.

Hostellers without a valid HI membership card or ISIC card pay a surcharge of €3.50 per person per night.

Cancellation up to 24 hrs before arrival date by email, fax or phone; failing to cancel in time you’ll be charged a cancellation fee equal to the cost of your first night!

No pets allowed.
